Updates to the vote-by-mail procedures
Florida law now requires voters to submit new vote-by-mail requests after every election cycle. This means that if you had requested a vote-by-mail ballot before November 5, 2024, you need to submit a new request for the 2025 special elections.
Vote-by-mail requests must be made to the county Supervisor of Elections in the voter’s county of registration.
